Morning everyone I have had a DX of PD for 3yrs + now. This post will be timed about 0330. So you see my problem.

But I am a fitness freak. To increase my own Dopamine I run. 5 ,km Park runs every Saturday. Plus other extreme exercise all week. I have a personal trainer and physio who repairs the damage to my body as and when needed. I believe I am generating Dopamine myself.

I have managed to control myself , so that I no longer fall over at the end of my runs.

Today I go to Sheffield to see my PD specialist . First time in 15 months.!!!!!! I am going to ask for a supervised withdrawl of both Madopar and Rotigotine. I have tried unsuccessfully to do it myself. I wish I had never started these meds in the first place.
