Young PD and positive attitude

Hi, I'm Luca and I'm from Italy. I was diagnosed about 5 years ago at age 43. One of the best practice I experienced trying to come to terms with it, is having a positive attitude. So I didn't stop flying. I can't fly alone in a long cross country flight anymore but I can fly with a good friend and good pilot too. This way I can deal with my PD and related depression. I'm so glad and excited any time I lift off the ground that during last trip I made a video to allow my memories work better :-) . Proud to show you a day of happiness while I enjoy a flight over an Italian island (I'm sitting on the right seat).

I loved to bike before PD 8 years ago. So when I no longer could manage pedaling in circles, we bought a tandem! I've been biking ever since!
