PD and problems with breathing

What are doing to deal with this symptom?

Regarding difficulty breathing, yes have had same issues. I also do Rock Steady boxing and it is getting more severe the more I exert. Thinking about going to a pulmonologist to see if they can give me some answers.

Julia1710 YesI have breathing issues. Lots of severe yawning too that causes problems with left eye. Vision is more blurry. Waiting to aee a specialist October 18th.

If you are nit breathing properly u hyperventilate whuch makes u yawn .

Appreciate your response. I am not sure if Lexapro is helping but that is what my doctor suggested.

You can train yourself to breathe properly from the diaphragm with yoga or other breathwork.
