Leave kicking and screaming

I'm a 60 year old man who went on disability in 2008 due to PTSD symptoms. It came from fighting the unfair hiring practices of the state agency I worked for. In 2009 I was diagnosed with Parkinson's. I also for the last 26 years umpired baseball and softball, mostly softball. I've umpired The King and His Court, ASA, USSSA fast and slow pitch, Little League where, in 2012, umpired in the Big League Softball World Series in Kalamazoo, Mich. work High School and a few college games. Now PD is chasing me off the field, but not without a little kicking and screaming.

Sorry to know this. Do you have an exercise program? That has helped many including myself. Qigong is helping me, more on that here: healthunlocked.com/parkinso...

That’s one thing that keeps me in the game is exercising. Although I can’t do the usual two games a night and four to six games on the weekend I do what I can.
