Has anyone taken lion's mane mushroom or amyloban for their PD?

Neurilo. I take lions mane and phosphotydl serine/choline for memory. I finally realized that if I take lions mane before bed with melatonin that it is possible that I don't sleep as well as I take the phosphotidyl with the melatonin. Going to try the Lm in am. I think it works for me.

Yes, I take Lions Mane, but not specifically for

P.D. My husband and I have been taking it for 3 months to improve memory with much success We no longer lose our train of thoughts mid sentence and are having improved recall with names. It has given our sense of confidence a great boost, especially before our grand-daughter's wedding.

Pills per bottle. We normally order 3 bottles each

order, I take 4 pills a day, and my husband takes 3.

I highly recommend Lion's Mane. Now, several

month's later on my vocabulary is returning to my

University days. I am thrilled! And overwhelmingly

relieved.
