I also take Magnesium taurate for Atrial Fibrillation

My husband has advanced PD..and the depression that comes with it, would like for him to try this also, but the tablets are quite large to swallow for him.

Is there a liquid substitute does any one know please ?

Thanks. 🙂

our family has used Magnesium for years to keep heart palpitations at bay, and also, very important for some of us, it keeps your bowels regular ! It doesn't take much magnesium either .... only the daily recommended dose for good health maintenance.

After years of trial and error including use of magnesium (worked on some things), I can attest the L-Theanine allowed my husband to spend his last two years depression and anxiety free...the first time in over 20 years. It is an ingredient in tea. He began with 100mg but not enough so eventually titrated up to 400mg every 4 hrs. Lowered to 200 at dinner time and maybe the same or lower at bedtime(can keep some people awake). Dr also prescribed it for our teenaged granddaughter for anxiety. Amazing.

That is wonderful to know. My mother had a really bad depression where she had to be hospitalized, I was just a young girl and did not know anything or could do anything. Thank you.

Very good video, I just wish that Mike Adams elaborated on different chemical forms of magnesium. Mg is crucial for our biochemistry, but unfortunately many supplements still include cheap and poorly absorbable magnesium oxide. Also magnesium aspartate and glutamate needs to be avoided by individuals with mental disorders.

Thank you for mentioning that. Also in an emergency if you need magnesium you can make a stout Epsom salt bath, it will be absorbed through your skin.

Yes. I take chelated magnesium glycinate to prevent muscle spasms.

I've been consuming 250mg magnesium citrate daily for a long tome. My caps of MP have a little magnesium stearate. I am sad or depressed all of the time over my spouse's deteriorating condition. Wish I could brighten my mood for I know she can see through my attempt to appear hopeful as I go about my caregiver process. I am considering a Rx.

Up above there is a post about l-theanine by Donzim, might be worth a try. Give my best to your wife and I'm so sorry.

Thanks. I take a compound called GABA-plex now an then when I feel real blue. It has some L-theanine. I couldn't take it when I was taking Azilect, made my b/p soar. MAO-b inhibitors are hard to use in comparison to MP.
