I was asking as I wondered how you manage to get hold of cannabis products - it's still illegal over here unless you are terminal and can find the right Dr.

I have a friend of a friend who gets it for me... Illegal, but i simply don't care. The relief it provides outweighs the risks. You could try asking your friends (and children, if they are of suitable age), you might be surprised who knows someone, who knows someone...

I know someone! But I'd love to get the oil - I hate smoking it and butter making attempts have been a costly disaster!!

You can make the oil, but it is involved! Google "Rick Simpson oil". I have successfully made cannabutter several times, and haven't had any disasters. Did you heat the butter on its own, or put it in a pan of boiling water? The boiling water method prevents the butter from burning - see my reviews for more detail :-

Ian, do you have any medical credentials, or solely personal history? Nice Vlog on nutrition. Have u any experience/advise on Alcohol consumption (discontinuance makes sense, of course) and 2. Any personal experience/trials on Med MJ/CBT?

Hi AmyLindy

I have no medical credentials. My vlogs are based upon my personal experiences and research. I don't advise on alcohol consumption - it is contra-indicated in conjunction with certain medications but, by and large, I think it's up to the individual. I find that a beer or two helps me relax (and hence helps my symptoms), but what is right for me isn't (necessarily) right for someone else. I use cannabis medicinally on an almost daily basis - see these videos:
