I agree with Jimmy that instead of chemicals, if you can manage with dier, it is safer. Moreover chemicals have side effects where as liquified veggies have none

Hi Parkie. I assume you have personally tried the magnesium as laid out in your article and you do have Pd? Constipation happens with Pd because the muscles around the small intestines do not contract and expand to move the stool along the digestive tract, and taking large amounts of magnesium, or anything else will not correct what is wrong. Exercise does something to help and certain foodstuffs as well, but I am wary of the side effects of consuming so much Magnesium.

I have taken magnesium before and probably not as much as what he is quoting. Milk of magnesia is a lot harder on you. I don't think you are absorbing As Much from the pills. I do have Parkinson's and constipation occasionally. That might be an answer for somebody that is having a real problem

Hi Parkie. I don't believe in any continual taking of medication for chronic conditions. I would always prefer a natural way of solving the problem. That is what I do with constipation.

Walnuts!! A handful a day makes a huge difference.

Yes a handful gets me through my day, but throwing them at my boss really irritates him.
