I am shocked, really, that no one but myself has supported your post or found it interesting enough to post a reply. Even if one only looks for a reliable drug interaction site and searches for significant interactions between levodopa and other pharmaceuticals they would find Tylenol/acetaminophen at or near the top of the list. apparently everyone that frequents here already knows it. Meh...bet not. :) Oops, I edit my post now-that's a significant interaction between levodopa and any of the combo otc meds that contain Tylenol plus diphenhydramine.

Doctors dispense it like candy that's the truth. I guess ibuprofen is bad for people that had a heart attack.

I don't know if ibuprofen is bad for the cardio patients. But I have read someplace somethig about ibuprofen being neuropotective
