From time to time a question about nausea comes up. Maybe somebody can use some of those suggestions and get some help. Mary

You can buy acupuncture wrist bands that press on the proper point and it prevents nausea in me. I suffer terribly from motion sickness, especially on the train. Now I can travel for hours without feeling sick. You can get them on Amazon for $16 a pair. I believe they are called PSI bands and come in different designs.

In addition to the pressure wrist bands you can buy electric ones. Alot more expensive of course, they send a pulse which blocks the nerve impulse which makes you nauseas. They were developed for chemo patients and pregnant women.

I rely on them when I feel ill.

I really like Prevention magazine and have subscribed to it for a long time. Now it has no ads but the subscription is more expensive. It is a small magazine that is sold near the checkout line in the grocery store.
