Over the past month the muscles around my mouth have been getting tighter when I talk. That makes me talk with a very stern face. I am going to start some Parkinson's voice therapy in a couple of weeks but wanted to ask if anyone has had this problem and solved it?

The voice training should help. I did Lee Silverman voice training, a big success for me personally, did wonders for my facial expression and confidence.
This tight lips symptom can be due to something benign such as Bell Palsy which will go away on its own in a few months. There are definite tests to diagnose if it is PD or not. Don't panic but at the same time don't ignore it. Please see a specialist.
