Chia chocolate pudding

Chia chocolate pudding if you have never had Chia you are in for a treat.

In a small bowl or drinking glass

1/2 cup of water one half cup whipping cream add and stir

2 - 3 tablespoons of chia seeds, tablespoon of cocoa powder, two teaspoons of maple syrup. Stir well and refrigerate for couple hours. Absolutely delicious.

Let your imagination run wild, look up some recipes on the internet. Chia seed is nutrition packed, it has calcium and omega 3s. Easy to make easy to eat. Good for digestion.

Thanks! I sometimes sprinkle on my oatmeal or cereal. I've been wanting to try the pudding. This recipe sounds great..

I also add to porridge

Chia is an anti oxidant and contains Magnesium which is good for brain health
