I am having issues with my feet. They feel like they are numb, cold, sensitive to touch most of the time no set pattern.

Hurt more when i sit or lay down. When walking or running don't seem to notice as much. Mainly my toes and souls of my feet.

Does anyone else have this problem.

Yes Sir. Numb on left foot, extending to the shin. Right foot has numbness at toes.

My sense, Bailey, is that as long as it doesn't bother me on my power walk or bike, let it be.

I make sure on the walk for my heel to hit first.

Hi Bailey, the heating pad really helps. It is a far infrared heating pad with jade stones. I have the same one which is a small. You can put it over your feet or under your feet comma I sleep with mine all the time. I had unnatural cold feet going up my shin like somebody dead. It really helps with your body's Chi, it helps a lot with pain. Mary

I have the same problem, but find it is much worse as my meds wear off. I figure it is something to do with autonomic instability. I wear socks to bed, and despite that, my dh complains that my feet are cold. So I know it is not just me!

I also have cold toes though are numb but sweaty. I think it's early peripheral neuropathy. This is a common side effect of long term c-l dopa suplimentation.

Yes my feet were numb and crampy before any other PD symptoms appeared. Worse if cold. I wear sheepskin slippers on chilly evenings.
