New Parkinson's Drug May Combat Movement Difficulties

New research suggests that people with Parkinson's disease may achieve better and more reliable motor control by taking an experimental drug called opicapone alongside the standard medication levodopa. The drug is approved by the European Commission. The drug maker has not yet applied for approval in the United States.
