Alan Hoffman, one of the participants in the first Georgetown University nilotinib trial for PD, has just added a new post to his blog (17 Nov 2016).

In this post he makes reference to the program BIG, and to the drugs Rytary and Tasigna (nilotinib), which he is taking.
