Have two books to recommend. First), our local Support Group uses the DVDs associated with John Argue's Book, "Parkinson's Disease and the Art of Moving. Learning safe adapted movements , even before you need them, can prevent serious injury.

Second, put authors Alex Kerten and David Ginn book (Goodbye Parkinson's, Hello Life!) together with a Panel of Doctors from the Seattle Neuroscience Institute in a video Discussion (google YouTube videos for "Interview with Authors of Goodbye Parkinson's, Hello Life").. Finally learn what actually is going on with PD, an how to walk back

symptoms we experience.
