I don't feel well this morning. My whole body hurts. I'm going to take a warm Epsom salt bath with aromatherapy in that. That should help 😎😎😎

Hope you feel better, a warm bath should help. At night, I use Dr. Teal's Epsom salt with Lavender and then also a bubble bath with Lavender scent. Helps me relax, especially after a workout.

Hydrotherapy such as a warm bath works well for me too.

But lately I find COLD baths are far more effective for muscle relaxation.

I just use the cold tap. If I'm too achy for bed time sleep or if during the day the meds aren't working properly I often hop into the bath for a few minutes and the change is instantaneous. Not only do I feel my muscles are less uncomfortable but my mood improves. There has been quite a lot of research into this treatment. It is quite difficult to get into a cold bath but I just brace myself and look forward to the results which never let me down. I guess if I added some ice to the bath and use it as a plunge pool (like the Romans) it may be even more successful.

I did it. Took a cold bath.

I feel good.

I did not plung into it.

I stood in the water as the tub was filling up.

Then I knelt and sat in it, before I plunged in, over my head.

Thank you batwing!! :)
