Thinking of you dear friends.

I know by now that many of you are sound asleep.

In a while you may wake up .

I also know that some of you are right awake.

Some of you had a trying day.

Others had a good day.

Whatever the case may be, know that I am thinking of you💕💕💕.

I look forward to read what you have written when I wake up👍

Until then, sleep well 😴😴😴

Thanks for your kind words i think we all think of one another at some point, and to feel better myself i always think there are worse things than this.

(I have CBD) otherwise life would be a living hell.

THATS BEAUTIFUL THANKYOU.....SLEPT FROM ABOUT 2AM UNTIL 6AM....GOOD FOR ME WITH MY TWISTY LEG. HATE THE NEXT FEW HOURS THOUGH WAITING TO REGAIN A FEW

HOURS FREEDOM FROM STIFFNESS AND SHUFFLING. OH HOW I REMINISCE JUMPING OUT OF BED AND MOVING FREELY MUTI TASKING AS I WENT, FILLING MY DAY WITH EVERY DAY ENDEAVOURS AND YET TIME TO SPARE. THIS ILLNESS REMINDS ME OF LONG AGO CRIMINALS PULLING ALONG A BALL AND CHAIN, SO HEAVY, SO BACKBREAKING, SO LIMITING,SO EXHAUSTING. SOMETIMES ITS HARD TO KEEP GOING YOU JUST WANT TO STAY IN BED BUT I KNOW I CANT LET THAT HAPPEN OR IT WILL BE DOUBLY HARD TO GET MOVING AGAIN. NO I SHALL PUT MY "EVERYTHING FINE" FACE ON AS I GO ABOUT MY DAY

AND LET YOUR BEAUTIFUL MESSAGE WRAP ME IN THE SENSE OF WARMTH AND KINDNESS

IT WAS GIVEN. I SAY HAVING PARKINSON IS LIKE BEING ALONE ON AN ISLAND BUT ONCE THERE ARE PLENTY OF BOATS COMING IN AND OUT YOU CAN TRAVEL BACK AND FORTH INTO THE REAL WORLD . MAY YOU ALL ALWAYS HAVE PEOPLE AROUND YOU, PLENTY OF HUGS, LAUGHTER AND KINDNESS THE VESSELS THAT WILL KEEP PULLING YOU BACK IN TO THE REAL WORLD LEST WE BECOME ISOLATED. LOVE TO ALL PARKINSON SUFFERERS OUT THERE AND THANKYOU 12 STARGATE FOR THAT BEAUTIFUL THOUGHTFUL MESSAGE XX

There is nothing like a horrible debilitating condition to concentrate the mind! In the end we are all in God's hands. Thank you Stargate, you have brightened my day.

Lovingly.

What a beautiful thought and just when I'm feeling down! May God bless you for ever and give you the strength to keep on fighting this disease.

that reference to a ball and chain struck. I don't have that experience anymore, I walk from side to side now, it's a improvement. I refused a cane and decided to become an informed client instead of a patient. i'm hopeful, be hopeful, FIGHT.

Dear Stargate❤️

You have enlightened me to think outside of myself during the difficult daily struggle in realizing my body's limitations. We are not alone in this struggle,

Bless you and may your day be filled with sunshine and love.

I am awake and on way to pick up my husband from his second sleep study. Am not convinced that a CPAP will help any issues, but we are willing to try anything. I hope you have a very good day. Thank you for being here.

I am gradually getting the taste of IT, though slow to develop but lately PD is imposing its

stranglehold on once a s000per d000per life style but, it happened beginning with the changing gait...slowly but it developed. My sleep is nothing much to talk of and 've refused

sleeping tablets instead my wife bought the complete works of short stories by Guy de Maupassant. The secret is...I do spend time woken up reading a short story each night,

oblivious to the pain in my limbs I am instead engrossed in the master craftsman's lucid story telling. Only a tall glass of water remains my nightly travelling companion.

Yes, its a dreadful disease specially if you are one who packed in 25 hrs to a 24 hr day !!

Nevertheless, with so much research in the making I am confident one day soon we all be liberated...let us hope....perhaps till then keep taking the tabs and those who are able continue with the PT.

May you all be well and happy.
