Yes, I liked her book, but I don't see many people able to eat 3 heaping dinner plates of vegetables per day. In her latest book she has adopted coconut oil and the ketogenic diet, again a hard diet for most people to follow. She certainly helped me focus on eating lots vegetables.

Certainly worth giving it a try if you are so inclined, in my opinion. I follow a ketogenic diet myself, and I like the effect of ketones and I did have to be careful not to eat too much carbohydrate with all those vegetables. In a way she seemed to be a tough act to follow, simultaneously eating, lots of vegetables, low carbohydrate, moderate protein. But that's me coming from a ketogenic diet background, and I am very adamant about keeping my ketones high.

I'm sure you'll feel much better following the Wahl's protocol.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't realise she had released another book and yes I think coconut is important too so I will have a look at the ketogenic diet as well. Definitely a hard act to follow as you say. Cheers Satwar
