I would try azilect . I tried it AFTER I was using sinimet. But I don't have tremor, just stiffness. ANd pain

You may want to investigate Azilect. Under investigation for possible false marketing. I am on Azilect. Its OK. May stop, will talk to my Neuro & primary Dr who is homeopathic MD Go to Azilect.com for great discount card, worth $75. What really helps me the most is Amantadine. I also use Neupro patch.
