o you sometimes feel, that you can't describe some of your symptoms. I speak to my GP and the neurologist to try and explain juddering.

my whole body, particularly my head and shoulders seems to have an internal juddering sensation sometimes. I also have a feeling of pressure almost like a fizzy sensation in my head.(but without the noise)

Some days are better than others, but if I get stressed and tense, it is worse.

I can't drive distances any more, because the pain in the back of my neck and the fizziness in my head makes it unsafe, short distances are fine.

my GP keeps asking me to describe it, but I don't have the words for it, it's not like anything I've ever had before.

Juddering sounds like dyskinesia a bit. I get the neck stiffness while driving and my head wants to fall forward.

I don't have a fizzy sensation and have no clue what it would be like :o)

i do understand what you are talking about. i too dont like driving far distance because i feel like i get dizzy a bit or vertigo somewhat. i drive to work and it seems mornings are worse. im on requip myself, i take 8mg in mornings but i break the pill up and take half and in an hour or so i take the other half. it seems to help with the dizzy feeling and coffee seems to set it off but still drink it. if i drink lots of water it helps. my head tends to feel like what you are saying, i think its the meds. it feels like my brain is tingling. i also feel a little off late afternoon and started to take 4mg reqiup and that really helped me make it better until bedtime. ive been kinda doing what me feel better with meds., but ask your dr. about your meds maybe its the requip that brings the fizzy feeling. ive always have had problems with my meds. it feels like little pins poking my brain..is that what your talking about? that has been my biggest problem with PD is the dizzy, fizzy feeling. truthfully im dont know what to do other than trying different meds. which is hard to change around and to be able to work. sorry i guess i did not really help with your problem but do understand what you are talking about...

I also have intermittent symptoms like yours. I call them "the sick head syndrome". I feel a subtle judder in my head and neck that is noticeable to others when I'm stressed or angered, foggy in the head and almost always a light headedness. I am not sure if anxiety and depression cause them or are a result.

I am frequently disturbed about the consequences of driving. I am a life long car freak and live in remote AZ. Every drive is a 30 minute jaunt to get anywhere... It's gorgeous country but isolating.

I always thought my retirement would be spent restoring off road and sports vehicles. Needless to say, that isn't going to happen any more. I hate bouncing on rough surfaces.

I also own an extremely stunning and fast Jaguar e type convertible. Now it takes all my psyche to start it up and drive it 10 minutes to a friend's house so he can drive... it get's very upset sitting in the garage. I'll probably sell it this year.

i too am a car gal, we just bought a s55 amg merecedes its my car but cant drive it like i used to be able to drive it but i still like getting in it and driving it around or being a passenger in it when my husband drives it. i love the feel of the car and everything about it..dont sell the jag even if you can drive it a little bit or having someone else drive it while you ride in it if your a car person youll miss it and its a part of you..take the top down and go for a ride to your friends house, to the store whatever but keep it! just my opion...

I appreciate your consult. the problem is that the Jag is a thoroughbred that requires attention that I used to love but now I only screw things up that are expensive to rectify. It's worth enough money that we could purchase a car that Icould be more competent in with modern fuel economy... the 6.2L v12 sucks down the premium.

i understand, sorry! just know the feeling of loving cars..you have to do the right thing for yourself..they are expensive..just didnt want you to give up something you truely love over this damn PD, it takes away so much as it is..

Maybe the line "freedom is nothing more to lose" is something to embrace. I have had great fun with vehicles but now I need to find newer enrichment's. Congrats on the AMG, they are great.

I have difficulty driving, but it's mostly mental. I tend to get lost or forget how to get someplace, places I've gone for years. My memory is really fading. And I used to be such a good driver.

Hi did you ever get to the bottom of this, I have been experiencing the exact same thing and it's worrying me now as it is appearing daily.

I spoke to my Gp but they didn't know when I described head judders.

For me it is only in the head and ears, I get a low noise in my ears and a judders which can last up to 10 minutes

If I'm driving its s mare and I'm also getting very sleepy with it.

When I was a lot younger I tried several drugs specifically mdna and ecstasy and it feels very similar to the come down off these drugs but only worse !

I'm lost I don't know how to explain it any further.

I'm worried something is going on internally, I already have suffered with many mental health problems but don't know where to start and help or just experiences would be great but I think another visit to the is in order and perhaps a referral to the neurological team

Thanks in advance
