In October I participated in the " Stamp Out Parkinson's Walk " with 26 of my family and friends and raised about $3000. It was a great day for a great cause!! Until next year, we'll keep on walking!!

I wish every Pd patient would walk, every second day, as hard as possile, then we might find that we are all feeling a bit better, withon a reasonably short time. But however slow it is, it is getting better, not worse!
