Webinar 7: Suffering in Silence: Apathy, Anxiety and Depression

Our next webinar will air on 29th August 8.00 pm BST and is called "Suffering in Silence: Apathy, Anxiety and Depression"

Most people with Parkinson's experience changes in their mood during the course of the illness. For some these are mild but for others the changes can have profound effects on their quality of life. In this webinar, Parkinson's Movement examines mood disorders in Parkinson's from the perspective of the patient, the physician and the specialist nurse. We discuss the impact of mood changes on quality of life, how they may be detected, avoided and treated. There is no need to suffer in silence.

If you would like to ask a question please email helen@cureparkinsons.org.uk

The webinar can be viewed live on 29th at livestream.com/parkinsons (although not before). It will also be available a few days after transmission on parkinsonsmovement.com

There are also two polls on this site linked to this webinar and we would really value hearing about your experiences

With best wishes from us all at The Cure Parkinson’s Trust and Parkinson’s Movement
