At 3 am I got a cry for help. Its difficult to know what to say for the best or what to do. Seeing as it came to me I had to act. The person concerned is in a dark place, a place I don't ever want to go to. This was my advice...

I try to act responsibly. I think we need a RRT rapid response team who can go to the aid of someone in very short notice.
