A cry for help..... and my response

At 3 am I got a cry for help. Its difficult to know what to say for the best or what to do. Seeing as it came to me I had to act. The person concerned is in a dark place, a place I don't ever want to go to. This was my advice...

[16/07/2013 02:50:48] colleen henderson-heywood: get some rest

[16/07/2013 02:51:00] colleen henderson-heywood: when you feel more able to

[16/07/2013 02:51:05] colleen henderson-heywood: read this list

[16/07/2013 02:53:27] colleen henderson-heywood: 3. I want you to make a chart as we discussed

[16/07/2013 02:54:10] colleen henderson-heywood: please use music, friends, poetry, painting, photo's, films whatever to combat the black

[16/07/2013 02:55:51] colleen henderson-heywood: 4. I want you to reach out to your friends

[16/07/2013 02:56:06] colleen henderson-heywood: but give them specific tasks

[16/07/2013 02:56:26] colleen henderson-heywood: 5. Gather back your self esteem and your pride

[16/07/2013 02:56:47] colleen henderson-heywood: 6. Keep a journal

I try to act responsibly. I think we need a RRT rapid response team who can go to the aid of someone in very short notice.

Yeah and this new site is taking some getting used to!
