I'm on a prescription so that I don't hit my husband - I have REM sleep behavior disorder as part of my PD. I don't think I'd have any problem going to sleep without the medication. The problem is staying asleep.

I ticked No, I don't need them because it was closest to what I really feel, which is No, I don't want to take yet another medication.

I have no problem going to sleep, it's staying asleep. On tablet för sleeping, I sleep maybe 4-6 hrs. I would give anything to have 8 hrs natural sleep I had when I was about 30-

I take restoril and I usually get about 2 to 3 hours of sleep. I drag during the day and then at bedtime after my medicated sleep I am up watching the clock until daylight and then my day begins. Usually I am unable to fall asleep during the day.
