How to shake off bacterial infection without antibiotics in pregnancy?
Now, two days later, the sinus headache is much better (took one
Panadol
for the pain, steam inhalations and salt water nose irrigation), I still have sore throat, but the cough is worrying.

Over the counter painkillers
The pain is getting harder to manage & I’d be grateful for suggestions of pain relief that might work better than current ibuprofen,
panadol
& hot water bottles:) Have just been reading it’s better to start ibuprofen before day 1 of period but it’s been difficult to know when that is….& I wasn’t sure

Un knowledgable Neurologist aahhh!!
This has debilitated me for nearly a year now I have had to stop b12 injections for 3 days because of a rash and to eliminate it being b12 and already last night the pain was so bad in my feet and up the back of both legs that I reluctantly had to add an eighth gabapentin to my daily tabs and

Question about reducing Pred
I have been using
Panadol
painkillers, sometimes two a day, and sometimes four a day, which makes it easier, and so I don't think this is a flare this time, what does everyone think please? Is it just my muscles complaining at the lower dose of Pred?

Ibuprofen and
Panadol
for pain. The melatonin has had no impact. I'm struggling with work even though I've cut my hours back. Am self employed and concerned how long I can continue. Results of intrinsic factor due back on 14 Feb. Usually a glass half full person -not feeling it currently.

Post Pred motivation?
Panadol
and diclofenac kill it for about 48 hours and then its back. I speculate that if my adrenals were up to scratch, this would not be happening? But bear in mind, this hip has been x-rayed, ultra-sounded, cat scanned, injected and physioed more times that I can remember.

Itching in Myelofibrosis
I'm currently taking Fedratinib and Danazol and am having 6 weekly blood transfusions. In the last few months I've noticed increased itching. Last night I woke at 2.30am and the itching made it impossible for me to lie still and go back to sleep. I am on 10mg of Cetirizine Hydrochloride daily and though

Ongoing Headaches/anxiety
My doc said "oh you poor thing, have you tried
panadol
?" and was then asked what do I think. Of course I was not happy with this. Has anyone in my situation - approx 5 years after surgery, experienced ongoing headaches or is it just me being worried again?

Momelotinib Found Superior to Danazol for the Treatment of Myelofibrosis
Clinically significant improvements in myelofibrosis-associated symptoms, anemia, and spleen response were achieved with momelotinib, compared with danazol, in patients with myelofibrosis. These findings were published in The Lancet. Danazol has often been used to treat patients with myelofibrosis,

It’s a big tablet like
Panadol
only bigger. However I am now finding that my resting pulse is anywhere between 60 and 70 whereas it is normally in the 50’s and can go into the 40’s. which might indicate the tablet is melting in my throat and Is not effective. .

At the moment the pain is controlled better on
Panadol
Osteo since having 20 mg Prednisone. My Hematologist's bed side manner is much to be desired. I was starting to become depressed, but feeling less stressed knowing I will visit my GP after my Blood Test in a weeks time.
