Got a phone call on Wednesday this week from cardiology the person said
I'm Rotherham hospital cardiologist and I'm calling about the problems relating to 2019!!!!
What the hell I've had serious heart problems been in A@E that many times and told I was getting referred to Cardiology But was never referred.Only gt this appointment to receptionist asking when I would get an appointment..She replayed I read your records but sorry to inform you A@E never referred you!!
That is not good. Do you have the energy to make a formal complaint? It might be a good idea as clearly their procedures at A&E are not right. If this isn't brought to the attention of the managers and the board, then things like this will keep happening.
i hope though you now don't have to wait too long for an appointment now they know about you.
Hi. Really, you couldn’t make this up, could you? What a dreadful state this country is in. I hope you make a complaint but part of you wonders what good it would do. It makes you wonder what a Cardiologist was doing looking back 5 years. Do you think he was doing overtime? Good Grief.
