I think it’s also got to do with poor blood circulation,

If your feet are warm to the touch then the blood supply must be good.

They sometimes are warm or they get really tingly or I have pins and needles more.

I had same. Can't remember what doc' called it . But she told me to get something like a rolling pin & whilst sitting roll my instep pressing down a little back & forth. Magic😁 it worked. Something to do with stretching the tendons. Try it, hope it helps. You can look up foot pain on Google & it will show you if I remember rightly.

The doctor told me to do some exercises with them.

I have a lot of foot pain and mine is getting worse , swellings etc . It’s a nightmare . I find soaking my feet in a bowl of water , quite hot , helps me to supple them a bit, I then dry them and smother good foot cream in by massaging my feet too.

I will have to try that. But seeing the doctor anyway on Wednesday.

Hi lonely Have you got any other conditions. The nervous system is a complex array and it if it's wires get crossed it talks the brain into some blundering cock ups.

I have nerve entrapments in a couple of places. The latest peripheral calamity is that my brain is under the impression that it must restrict the blood flow to certain toes. That thermal image shot is straight out of the bath. They never warm up, and the reduced circulation is leaving creeping necrosis. So my toes and very slowly dropping off despite the problem being a metre away in my spine.

The brain isn't necessarily perceiving the same issues as you.

or maybe you're just a chronic sleep Walker with a poor judge for suitable shoes.

I get like a pinched nerve near my right shoulder blade and I think I have high blood pressure.

Which comes first though, the high blood pressure (and from what antagonist) or the agitated nervous system? When I'm more stressed my fingers become crooked and misshapen as though I have advanced arthritis. Conversely mind exercises can reduce this and my renaulds, and the intensity of the signal in my nervous system. I even got on top of the disc in my neck with relaxation techniques so I dropped my tense shoulders and reduced tooth grinding. Remember the nerves are in the muscles so tension will compress them.I know this might sound a bit airy fairy but it worked for me despite my scepticism.

The high blood pressure was first.

Hi Labra80, Your so right , I can normally stop a cold starting , the 1st sign ,sore throat, thick voice or sniffles ... when I go to bed I imagine myself entering my body , through the top of my head and wandering all over inside my body, looking at everything that's in there , saying in my mind * Hey I can see you , you can!t hide from me .. get out now this is my body and you don`t belong here . Go on out ,out now. I too think this sounds a bit far fetched...I believe it is called * Mind over Matter * and can work for the strong willed person , it always makes me feel better .. No I am not nutty * big grin * Cheers all Silky soft

Hi Lonely 3190 , I have what sounds the same , my G P did a B12 blood count as lack of it can have the same symptoms. My B12 and calcium were fine . I take Bisoprolol 5mg daily for Atrial Fibulation , so I asked my G P if the Beta Blocker Bisoprolol is maybe slowing things down too much . My G P checked my pulse around 56/62 beats bit slow he said , he reduced my dose to 2.5 mg ....I asked him to reduce it to 3.75 mg as I felt 2.5 mg was maybe to harsh to suddenly , he agreed and has given me 3.75 mg . SO watch this space * grin * If you are on any Beta Blocker, High Blood Pressure or Furosemide ( P P tablets ) Check with you Medical people and remember you must drink lots of plain water as Dehydration can cause all these symptoms and more . If your not keen on plain water ,added natural aloe Vera, squeeze orange/lemon or put something like fresh Pineapple chopped up in a jug -ful and put it in the fridge . Or Iced Decaf tea or Coffee ... Cheers all Silkysoft

A few months ago I was having problems with my feet literally feeling like they were on fire at night and also pain pins and needles. I started taking cell salts for nerve pain lower back and foot and also start wearing compression socks and within a month and a half everything is about 90% back to normal even without wearing the compression socks and taking the cell salts. The pain and the burning during the day and at night, the issues are just about gone.

Love the site and it is the most informative site on the Internet and a godsend.

Where can I get compression socks from?

I ordered my compression socks off of eBay and actually I got the over the calf or knee-high compression socks and they also come in a compression Footy.

Are they designed for Plantar Fasciitis?

Yes they are they selling for that too and also circulation issues. I think they’re kind of like here they are called Ted Hoses which is the hoses that people wear for shin splints and circulation in the leg issues but they are a little bit more restrictive. They also come with a open toe or full and close toe like a sock. But they have been working for me. I am 67 years old and retired from the US Postal Service as a letter carrier so spending my life walking for a living I never thought I would have issues like this. But here I am 🙂🙂🙂
