Neuropathy question

I have peripheral neuropathy: What has anyone else found to help go #2? Besides medication and not fruit? (I'm trying keto because my dr wants me to lose weight) tia🙂

May I ask what you mean by no fruit? I eat a lot of it and suffer a lot too!

Hi

Eat Kiwi fruit with the skin left ON, (washed well first, of course). The small fibres will aggravate your intestines as it goes through et voila!

If you find it difficult, slice the fruit very thinly.
