sternum pain(burning )

hi i did have a heart attack 8 week ago with angioplasty and 1 sten

my physical recovery has been very good walking or cycling (home trainer) about 45 /60 minutes daily .Rehab nurse quite satisfy with that no much with me having a outside ride on monday 25 km she said is a bite to much

but now from 3 days i do have a constant pain burning feeling on the sternum aeria

i ask the pharmacy if i could take esomeprazole she said yes but should talk to GP but after 3 days i still have that pain

any advice

i would phone 111 for advice especailly after having a heart attack just 8 weeks ago. do you think your maybe doing to much with the cycling?

thanks for your reply i did call 111 and was send to hospital for a check everything ok just a gastric disorder due to the treatment
