Hey all I have been having problems on and off for bout year now but breaks in between but I have read up a little on my symptoms and my symptoms are same as Vulvodynia I real like it's sandpaper down there but have no idea why it's so dry and tight, can any one help hear so frustrating been to docs three times last week and I'm been told relax and take bath or glass wine before but I do all that and still no ease... Any advice a appreciated as it's causing problems now for me x

Try posting on the Pelvic Pain support site here on HU , maybe better chance of getting an answer. Sorry can’t do links. But is there any chance you have a prolapse. This could cause dryness & discomfort
Ask for YES vaginal moisturiser on prescription and see if it helps. Be careful what else you use - I found I was allergic to parabens which are in a lot of moisturisers and creams and was in hell with burning and pain. I've had vulvodynia about a year now and it's horrible. You may be in need of oestrogen cream if it's too sore for sex.
