to health unlocked there are people all over pain concern trying to sell pain meds any kind you want with out a prescription. i hope no one orders them.because they could be fake and have other things in them that can harm someone or cause them to die. its illegal

Saw this on three different posts. DANGER TO ALL BEEN REPORTED
yeah its a scam just had to pm someone about it incase they got taken for a mug.
I reported these posts as soon as I saw them a couple of hours ago now. Spam is not allowed on here and is very firmly against HU rules. x

What do you mean by "owners of the forum" ? This is a sincere question. I know there are administrators, but thought this was a non-profit supported by charitable entities and government support . Never knew how it started, etc. Thanks.

I just had to ask that question, when I I had seen those posts I was shocked that anyone would post anything like that but that’s the times were in. When I hit the report button I was not sure if it would work. I was happy that it did. Thank you

Hi if you don't lock your posts then the whole post and all the replies can appear anywhere on the net. If you lock them then only the first couple of lines of the post do and they are less likely to be anywhere. It seems clear that allowing anyone complete access to this site whether or not they are members has to encourage trolls and spammers.
The way to avoid it is to lock your posts. When you post and just before you submit it you will see post to 'Everyone' or 'Community Only'. The default is set to everyone. Click on community only. A little padlock will appear next to your post when it is locked.
For those who don't now how to amend posts/replies click on the More button at the bottom of their post, then click on edit. x
Hi hypercat54 I want to thank you for the information you gave to keep my post safe. I want everyone to know I asked the question if I my posts were safe and I am glad you let me know how to do that. You have to know I am not computer savvy so any an all help is always appreciated. I am always asking my 20 year old son for help with my computer. He just comes to the computer and touches one thing it’s done. I said to him last week what am I going to do when you get a pilots job call you and you’ll say “ok mom this what you do, “. LOL.
Everyone has to calm down we all have enough problems in our lives. there was know problems in what hypercat54 did.
Thank you ssdw1958 I appreciate you saying that. It's because I know from long use of the platform that many get confused about certain aspects of it's navigation. If they ask about privacy etc. I will come out and advise about locking your post etc. To me it's part of being helpful to others but like I said if folk don't want it I won't bother in future.
