I have suffered with this for the past 15 years as well as bronchiectasis, mitral stenosis, and atrial fibrillation. I was given various meds not worked neurologist suggested capscacin cream it allows me to sleep but because I’m on warfarin I it’s thinning my skin, any advice on this would be greatly appreciated

Neuropathicpain
What about trying one of the newer anticoagulants I’m on apixaban much easier than being on warfarin
I can’t take it because I have atrial fibrillation it should be easier , i m I on average back to warfarin clinic every fortnight due to poor inr results, but thankyou, I have echocardiograms every year and bets blockers to ease a fib
It’s because I have atrial fibrillation that I have to take apixaban I had a choice and said apixaban as you don’t have to have checks only once a year I also take verapramil and at this moment in time I’m doing ok on them I would mention this to your anticoagulant clinic and see what they say I am limited what I can take for my neuropathy pain so it can be a problem x
Thankyou for your input, I take ibersartin and nebivolol the latter is for atrial fibrillation,I will have another chat to cardiologist I will see him in July, gp won’t do anything when I am seeing cardiologist on a Regular basis. I have echocardiogram every year for mitral stenosis.have you tried capscacin cream, it does ease the neuropathic pain.x
