Painful feet

Arthritis in both feet.

Any ideas for pain relief please?

Just don’t want to take serious medication.

Have you seen a podiatrist yet? Sometimes they can do insoles that will help. And rather than take oral pain relief getting a prescription for strong ibuprofen gel can help.

Have you tried giving your feet a soak in warm water with several handfuls of Epsom salts in then gently rubbing in a pain gel. It might relieve the worst of it.x
