hello, i woke up this morning was brushing my hair when i felt this squishy popping noise on the left side of my neck/shoulder. i now cant move my head back , cant move my left arm properly and cant move my head to the left ..what can it be? ive put ibroprofen gel on x

You have a stiff neck do you have a heating pad if so apply it heat than cold if you don't have a heating pad use warm clothes then just us wet face clothes. Try to keep your neck steady. It will hurt for a few days. It is painful use ibuprofen.
I get these every once in awhile.
I was in a car accident years ago and still have my neck brace and I will use it. It does help.
