Fibro pain after surgery

Ive had fibromyalgia for years now. 8 days ago I had hip labrum repair surgery. I had a nerve block done right before the surgery. My thigh is almost unbearable to the touch and at times starts burning. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Thank you. I go back to the doctor in 3 weeks. I hope its gone by then.

I stay in a tolerable about of pain everyday. I take a large amount neurotin and flexeril everyday. It helps some. Tramadol helps alot with the osteoarthritis. There isnt much other than that that can tone down the pain for me.
