Hi my father has pain in his head with frequent strokes of pain in his left side of head.. when he touch his hair he feel pain... so what should I do?

Has he seen a GP? It sounds like this needs a proper diagnosis. I hope you find some explanation and relief.
Your father should definitely see his GP and possibly a specialist. There is (or was) an excellent head ache specialist at the National Hospital for Neurology in Queens Square, London, if that is in reach.
