Left side Sharp stabbing grabbing severe pain both random and spontaneous but all tests done in hospital and shown not to be cardio

Hi my name is Bob I suffer with COPD.ischemic heart disease and rare head ache condition called Sunct suna similar pain to cluster headache if that helps . My problem is I have started having severe stabbing grabbing pain that is spasmodic in left chest I have been in hospital and investigated for cardio problems and that was all clear it's not cardio so I was discharged 4 days ago but I am still suffering with these pains that are that powerful they literally throw me back these pains are spasmodic and come without warning I can go for hours and get home and then I can get them for hours with intermittent pains I am trying to find out what the pain is because I am at wits end and not well at all with this
