Upper back pain at night

I have upper back pain at night and I'm struggling to get to sleep and I'm still not convinced it's a strain it feels like a ligament

Go get it seen to if it's really bad, don't wait around for it to get worse.

Hi, I'm no doctor but I would recommend a physio or a chiropractor because they can give you exercises and or messages or ways that you could best deal with the problem.
