Back, shoulder and neck discomfort

I'm getting periodic burning sensations in my upper back along my spine and shoulder blades. I also get frequent neck pain down the left side of my neck. I've had this on and off for about 2 months +

Any ideas what it could be?

Just a guess.... you haven't really given any history of your condition etc...

However going off your user name.... Do you sit for hours huddled over your mobile, ipad, pc etc playing games??

I get all that when sitting down to long as I've bad posture I'm lob sided. So if I were you sit up straight etc try and balance a book on your head while walking. Get your body straight before its to late like me, my back is now arched and my pain is 24/7

and don't forget to see your GP, hope you get pain free soon
