Tendinitis

I've been told I've got tendinitis but the doctor said they can't do anything... Anyone able to help me they also told me to buy some co-codamol bought the strongest I could legally get but not helping. Please help

There is unfortunately only 2 ways to deal with it.

Option /1 relax and rest the limb, where is it,

Option /2 chop the beggar off.

I have it in both arms and i need to rest both, which isn't an easy task lol.

So the Dr is right im sad to say. And keep them warm..

Thanks only issue is because o my job that's gonna be a hard one. Tried hot and cold packs on it neither seem to work

Hi Pain97, l have tendonitis in both my ankles so l do feel for you & Philip too!! I found acupuncture helps. Yes l know its an expense but what price do you put on pain? And when somebody suggested it, l laughed! but you have to give these things a try and l am so glad l did.

I would definately go back and speak to your GP any severe pain is worth getting checked. Good luck and keep sharing your experiences were here for support but as your situation is different it is always better to get professional advice good luck
