Just asking a quick question to put my mind at ease. For the past house ive had left arm and hand pain but at the back on my shoulder blade on the left side is also sore. I can still use my arm ect anyone any ideas on what this could be? I do have really bad anxiety and do tend to panic myself alot.

Dealing with your last sentence first. If you have anxiety and panic yourself, this site is not the place to come to. It will be like Dr Google😏. No one on here can diagnose your problem, or at least they shouldn't ! From a vague description of symptoms. So what you need to do is go to your GP ASAP and tell them what your problem is. Good luck and try not to worry.😊
hi sharano123,firstly try not to get to worked up,as it's sounds like your a worrier, people on here myself included always try to listen first and then try and shed some general knowledge in trying to divulge the information given by the person in question, and fortunately some of us compare our diagnosed health problems with each other, and it's a tough call to make regarding your pains,so whilst its causing you pain, try and work out if you've overstretched yourself, has it happened after a nights sleep, have you done anything else that's bought the pain on,sometimes as quick as a pain surfaces it can disappear, sometimes you can tweak muscles and then they can go into a spasms and it's a bit like when the stiff neck syndrome appears and then more muscle start to cramp up and by then the neck pains can be unbearable,so I know I'm being a little vague, but ultimately maybe a trip to your GP if it gets worse and hopefully you can put your mind at rest, and if it gets to a stage where the pain is so intense that you can't function a hospital is always there as back up,hopefully a simple muscle relaxant or cream will get you back into the swing of things, good luck take care.
Hi, it sounds almost the same as I have in my right arm and has been diagnosed as a trapped nerve - it's unpleasant and painful - they suggested to me 'stretching exercises' to unlock the nerve- still doing them etc but I have an awful feeling that it may take take time. Go to your GP will be able to help or ask if you have a doctor who is a specialist in pain management.
