Intercostal Nerve Block failure

Hello i have have a upper right chest injury where i had a lung collapsed and drains put in . After the repair to lung and upper chest ihad a mesh inserted to repair a herniated lung with another drain. I suffer serious pain whe i breath like having a broken rib. Sleeping and everyday tasks hurt. I have had 10 never blockers done two weeks ago and still suffer pain. I was under the impression that this would help and stop pain however it feels like it hasnt worked. I take lyrica 600mg a day which only masks the pain. My question is what else is there to do. Please help with some other thought and ideas.
