You should have some injections for your condition to block the pain signals. Or try a CBD Oil, it is a little bit expensive but safer than morphine!

Our surgery you have to wait months to have an injection lm in agony thank you

You don't have some connections to get an earlier appointment? Or some of your friends/family to arrange things faster? Or, if you have some extra money to go to a private pain clinic and do it faster...

What is CBD oil

Cannabis oil. It contains many cannabinoids which are useful in treating pain. It is legal and it doesn't contain THC so you cannot get high on this. Google about it and consider about buying one.

Thank you

Don't worry, that is a tiny dose. Once it is slowly increased it will help - or should help.

in reply to stokebones

Went to the Dr she said l couldn't go higher as they cause to many side affects one said morphine doesn't work well l belive that so far l am on gabapentin as well

So your on 10 mg every 12 hours with nothing for breakthrough ?

Technically you'd be better off taking the max dose of codeine which is slightly stronger than what you are on.

The max dose of tramadol is at least double as strong

Can you not write to the pain clinic and ask them to increase the dose ? .

in reply to stokebones

I am waiting for my next appointment with them they are a month behind and l have tried tramadol but they made me sweat a lot

With respect if you're in agony don't wait - ring them and ask for them to write to your GP to increase or write to the consultant.

You shouldn't be left In agony because your doctor doesn't want to up your dose.

Opioids make a lot of people sweaty - I'd take that over the pain any day personally, but just my opinion.
