Spoon39 hi everyone long time since I have posted just to say after my car accident and back operation I am back on track no Zimmer frame crutches or sticks walking on my own and driving so there is light at the end of the tunnel I certainly didn't think so at the time I would like to thank you for all your support for the 18 months I was house bound and very much down thanks once again xx
