Stabbing pain at the right side of the head

My husband has high blood pressure and for the last two days he's been suffering stabbing pains at the right side of his head could this be connected with the high blood pressure

I doubt it very much. If your husband is worried he really should go to the doctor he will put his mind at rest and yours.

High blood pressure is a silent complaint in most cases you wouldn't know you have high blood pressure unless it had been tested by doctor nurse hospital etc. Try not to worry.

he might be having a stroke...i had a small stroke in 2015 and i had this headache that wouldn't go away...i had high blood pressure too...make sure his gfr is checked too...kidney disease...and his blood sugar...go to the doctor...don't wait..
