Pain in neck head

Dizzy hot feverish keep being sick pain in my head and neck. Feel like I am going to pass out this can not be fibromialgia

Sounds like you need to see a doctor, or at least phone the NHS help line to get advice.

That dosnt sound good there is alot goin round at the moment but TBH I'd get into urban GP just to be on the safe side if you feel you can't go there request a GP comes to you. Hope yea get better soon xx
