I'm on it too and my doctor has just doubled my dose. I've found it has given some relief. I suffer from Trigeminal Neuralgia so no drug will ever completely take it away but I must say the Palexia is helping. Do you mind me asking what dosage you are on??

Hi, I'm currently having a complete rework of all my medication but I am supposed to be going onto this soon too. Great to hear that you have found it helpful :)

I've been on Palexia sr 50mg twice a day for about nine months. After a couple of weeks of nausea there have been no side effects and excellent pain management. I have OA in the lower back (4 vertebrae). I was told to take it with Panadol Osteo - and so I take 3 of those with each Palexia. If I don't take the Panadol the Palexia wears off before 12 hours. I have been able to commence Pilates and do aqua aerobics to try and strengthen the core muscles for more long term management

Prior to the palexia, I tried Norspan, Lyrica, Targin, MS Contin in various dosages with a lot of side effects and no impact on my pain. My advice to anyone is to persevere with Palexia for 2-3 weeks before increasing the dose as you may not need it.

Open is 7xs more powerful. So there are other options. OPana is extended release. It has taken my pain from a 10+ to a 6 or 7. For me that is amazing. I just hope it lasts. I have a huge tolerance to opioids. I pray your meds get you the relief you need!!!
