My right breast is larger then my left and its very painful

my breast is bigger then my left and it's verry painful and feel like a hot stabbing pain shooting into my nipple I have tested for lumbs but I have none and don't know what it could be

Please go see your doctor.  The members of this forum aren't doctors,  we're just a bunch of people that have suffered chronic pain for a long time that support each other and swap tips.  Really hope you find out what's wrong soon.

This happens to my left breast and has for the last 25 yrs on & off.....my Drs have told me its Hormonal but I can also agravate it walking my puppy coz she's always on my left side. So you see there are probably a multitude of answers that could cause, but U absolutely have to insist on further investigation coz you can get clear Mamogram and still have breast cancer or fear breast cancer and find out it was as simple as a strained muscle round the breast tissue......find out conclusively.  Hugs 😄😄

Everyone has one breast larger than the other and as @8sandylou says it is probably nothing to worry about but, unless the swelling disappears rapidly, it does need checking out.

Taking a look on here might reassure you how common breast pain is but it will also explain why it shouldn't be ignored. brafree.org
