Has anybody had slow releasing maxitram 100mg. Was prescribed this by pain doctor the side effects were pretty bad, feeling very sick and trying to be sick all day, headache, dizziness and that was all within 36 hours of taking first one. This is supposed to be slow releasing . It is tramadol but supposed to release doses throughout the day rather than one straight dose.

This drug made me feel as bad as you so I won't take it again! Maybe you need to try something else? Good luck.

Hi, I was prescribed Tramadol for back pain but like you it made me feel quite ill and I had to give it up. I was later prescribed Morphine - patches and liquid which I was able to tolerate.

Do hope you can find some help,

Chrissy
